This has been on the machine for a while, but it is another finish. Each of the hexagons has sides of less than one inch and is all hand pieced and then machine quilted, I love the way the pebbling around the flowers and then the feathers make the flowers pop out. It is going to be bound in the raspberry stripe cut on the bias so it will look like candy canes. Due to the work involved in making this quilt it is to hang over a chair in my daughters room.
Now off to finish a quilt top I am trying to get ready for our local quilt exhibition, not sure I will make it but certainly will give it a go.
